Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order!

Even the larger items are free to ship to your home or place of business with us!


Order Shipment

The majority of orders are shipped within 2–5 business days following the order date.  Custom orders require a longer lead time, which varies depending on the item.  Within 24 hours of your product being sent, we strive to email you the tracking information. Please email us at support@healingathletes.com with any shipment inquiries, requests for tracking, missing components, or shipping damage claims.



Carrier

Our products are typically dispatched by UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to pick the shipping company for your package.  The actual shipping company is not under our control. We are unable to modify shipping addresses or arrange for specific delivery dates once the package has been shipped by the carrier. We will give you tracking information so you can follow the progress of your order.


Information on Delivering Large Items

Freight is used to deliver large objects. It's crucial to comprehend the process before the delivery day because freight delivery differs from normal shipping. 


Key Callouts on Large Item Deliveries

The tracking information we provide reflects the estimated time of arrival at the shipper's neighborhood depot (warehouse). Final delivery normally requires a delivery appointment, and you must be there to sign for delivery. Deliveries of freight are made to the curb, and it is your responsibility to move the shipment to its destination.


Delivery Schedules

The freight carrier will contact the phone number provided with the order to arrange a delivery time once your shipment has reached your local station. The appointment for delivery with the carrier must be made by the consumer. You can choose a time and date that works for you from the carrier's list of delivery slots. When scheduling the delivery appointment, make sure to let the shipper know if there are any issues with property access.


The entire delivery window must be spent at your house, and you must sign for the package when it is delivered. The shipment will be delivered using a semi-truck with lift gate services and dropped off at the curb. 


Without Appointments Delivery

You might be able to schedule delivery without making an appointment with the delivery service. In this case, you'll get an approximate delivery date rather than a specific day or window. Although a signature is not necessary, we advise that you be home when your order is delivered. Whether you are there or not, the vehicle will drop your pallets at the curb.



Examination of the Shipment

Upon arrival, check your cargo for any missing or damaged items. Call us right away at 888-203-0987 if anything is missing or damaged. After the delivery date, you have 24 hours to report any damaged goods.


Address mistakes and failed freight deliveries

Due to an inaccurate address, an item may be dispatched and then returned, in which case you will be liable for both shipping fees. Our return policy shall apply if a freight package is returned because the freight provider was unable to deliver it to your home.
